UFOs are spotted visiting the Earth on a consistent basis, but recently a UFO was seen scoping out the surface of the moon. NASA has a fleet of technology on Mars today, so why couldn’t intelligent life be fielding the moon to start setting up similar exploration, maybe even technology to watch what humans are doing from afar?

If they can get to Earth it would only stand to reason they would want to know about the moon, which is just a stone's throw away from this planet when you take the universe into consideration. They might be trying to figure out why the intelligent life form on Earth have not utilized the moon's surface. They also might be setting up some observation to scope out Earth's colonies and their day to day activities.
According to The Huffington Post on Oct. 16, an object spotted zipping along above the surface of the moon didn’t move in the straight line like a satellite does. It is moving almost as if it is exploring the surface below.
The light from the moon shows the object as against a silhouette, so details aren’t clear, but it is the movement that has sparked great interest in this UFO. Former FBI Special Agent Ben Hansen was asked to look at the video that was taken of this unknown object.
Computers today can basically mock anything, but that wasn’t the case. Hansen said that he saw nothing to indicate the object being referred to as the UFO was computer generated. He added that the video “lacks anything that would have me believe the object is something other than a conventional satellite."
With that said, it very well could be a satellite, if not for the way it moves across the face of the moon. Hansen said if you could show him a 20 or 30 degree turn, then he might take the UFO theory into consideration, but watching the UFO move from Earth, the orbit of the Earth, as you are observing this UFO, could distort the object to look as if it is was moving and changing directions slightly.
The International Business Times reported how some folks were trying to make a case for a possible UFO base on the moon when the video was posted. That might be hard to hide as the moon is observed constantly from Earth. It is not too far-fetched to think of other intelligent life form exploring, just like Earth’s space agencies do.
The technology on Earth could look like child’s play compared to what other planets may have developed and they may have the means to do things simply not yet thought of on Earth. Suppose they set up an observatory on the moon to watch the communities on Earth, it isn't beyond possibility.
UFO Sightings brings up a good point when asking if you have any idea how many missions have gone to the moon since the technology was developed to allow the folks on Earth to get there. Many guess 10 or 20, but the answer is 200 missions. The website suggests that there has to be something there or why would they go there so many times? There is so much known about UFOs that isn't public knowledge, so this is pure speculation, but possible speculated events.
Back in 1968 a photo from an old lunar orbiter caught the image of a spaceship tucked into the bottom of the moon’s Manilius Crater. That was over four decades ago, so seeing UFOs on the moon and scoping the moon out from above is nothing new.
If Earth can visit Mars and take in all the sights, why can’t a planet be checking out the moon? Maybe they are checking out the Earth from a hidden observation point on the moon and the periodic reports of UFOs on or flying over the moon stem from this?
Just recently the first technology to make things seemingly disappear was developed on Earth. The device is called the Invisible Cloak, reports Discovery News last month. The life forms exploring or setting up observatories could have had that technology for centuries and they could have perfected it beyond your wildest imagination. That would give them all the cover they’d need to watch over Earth.
Check out the video above of that object moving above the Moon's surface and see what you think! For those who have never experienced seeing and being near a UFO, some of this is hard to believe. For all of those who have had the experience, you know without a doubt they are out there.
UFO moves along the Moon above the surface as if it is scoping things out. Are other life forms exploring much like the folks on Earth are doing on Mars today with all the technology based on and around the red planet?
